Refund policy
The Returns terms on this Site are only applicable to Products purchased on the Site. Please contact your retailer for all other returns and exchanges. The Claris the Mouse returns department operates Monday-Friday from Melbourne, Australia.
Please note we only accept returns for refunds. Products sealed for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return, including headbands, lipgloss, jewellery and beauty products. Books, prints and gift cards purchased online can not be returned.
You may return an item up until 14 days from the date of purchase. The only case in which we accept exchanges is if the item is faulty or incorrect.
For a refund to be approved:
- Item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition received
2. Item must be in original packaging
3. The original invoice and order number is provided as proof of purchase

- Please fill out the fields as required (reason for return, product information including colour and size).
- If the product you have received is incorrect or faulty, please email us at shop@claristhemouse.com
- Once your products are received we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and inspect them.
Please note that no returns can be made in person and there are no returns on items sold during seasonal sales. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you have special requirements regarding the return of Product at this email: shop@claristhemouse.com
